VARHEN beauty advisor

Text entered into the advisor is processed on the server to match care goals to catalog products. The application does not save conversations in accounts, databases, local storage or analytics. Do not send identity documents, contact details or medical details.

Guided mode does not send text to an AI service. When AI is available, sending text to OpenAI requires specific consent on the advisor page; unchecking the option prevents new transmissions. OpenAI may retain data under its controls and policies even when we request that responses not be stored. Starting a new conversation does not delete text already sent to the provider.

Security counters limit requests without recording conversation content. The advisor suggests cosmetic purchases and does not diagnose or prescribe.

What we process today

Market preference: a cookie stores the country, language and currency you chose.

Bag and favourites: stored only in your browser (local storage) and never sent to our servers.

Technical access data, such as IP address, browser and pages visited, is logged by the hosting infrastructure for security and operation.

What we do not collect

The checkout form is a demonstration: the details you enter are neither sent nor stored. There are no active accounts and no advertising or audience-measurement cookies.

Third parties

Product images are loaded from a third-party content server, which receives your IP address when each image is displayed. The website host also processes technical access data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, erasure and portability of your data, restrict or object to processing, and ask how it is shared. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

Changes to this policy

Before orders, payments or accounts are enabled, this policy will be updated to describe the new data processed.
